As your photographer, my ultimate goal is to draw out your story, your personality, your individuality and true emotion. I am not a traditional studio photographer, but rather choose to take a more photojournalistic approach to children and family portraiture, capturing you in the moment - laughing, loving and interacting just as you do every day. I prefer to stand back and capture life as it happens. A session with me is never rushed, never uncomfortable, never about seeking a "cheese-face" grin. I told myself I wasn’t going to even look at the hundreds of photos I took from my marathon of mini sessions today, but, I did. I HAD to. Yes, I know I have a weakness. I’m going to REALLY look at them tomorrow, but for now, these two really spoke to me and I had to post them. Thank you to all of the wonderful families that came out for the mini session marathon today despite the rain and wind. I’m so happy with the images from each session and I can’t wait to share them with you!
