Chelan is a natural in front of the camera. Every time I started to direct her, she already moved her arm or head or whatever body part I was wanting to change position into exactly the spot I’d been wanting. It was freezing cold up in the higher elevations in The Dalles where we did our shoot, but despite the goosebumps, Chelan rocked it! Congrats on your senior year! I look forward to our second session with the spring flowers!

This family radiates warmth, love and acceptance for one another, and it made my day to be able to photograph them. The weather cooperated wonderfully for us, and we got some beautiful sunshine to compliment our gorgeous NW Washington Fall landscape. Amy is a photographer herself and it’s always an honor to be asked by another professional to take photos for them. I hope you love your sneak peek. I’ll have your photos all done soon!

Yesterday was a stormy day…downpour after downpour, cold wind…just yucky in my book. Today, we awoke to some morning fog slightly filtering the blue skies. It made for perfect outdoor lighting for some fall family photos. Thank you to the C Family for inviting me to their property to take these photos. You have a beautiful family! The leaves are so vibrantly yellow this year! We only have a few more short weeks of Fall weather where we get to enjoy those lovely rich colors on the trees. Today we met at a place I had never been to and I love it! Thank you so much for introducing me to a new photo spot and for bringing your little beauty out for some pretty Autumn portraits on the walking trails. Enjoy!
