As your photographer, my ultimate goal is to draw out your story, your personality, your individuality and true emotion. I am not a traditional studio photographer, but rather choose to take a more photojournalistic approach to children and family portraiture, capturing you in the moment - laughing, loving and interacting just as you do every day. I prefer to stand back and capture life as it happens. A session with me is never rushed, never uncomfortable, never about seeking a "cheese-face" grin. This family radiates warmth, love and acceptance for one another, and it made my day to be able to photograph them. The weather cooperated wonderfully for us, and we got some beautiful sunshine to compliment our gorgeous NW Washington Fall landscape. Amy is a photographer herself and it’s always an honor to be asked by another professional to take photos for them. I hope you love your sneak peek. I’ll have your photos all done soon!
